The City of Kenai is seeking bids for the Purchase and delivery of Fluorine-Free Foam (F3) concentrate. The product must meet the United States Military Specification MIL-PRF-32725 and comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) recommendations for transitioning to fluorine-free alternatives as outlined in the FAA’s transition guidance (Reference: FAA F3 Transition).

Scope of Work: Contractor shall enter into a service agreement with the City of Kenai for up to a five-year term to provide Fire System Testing, Inspection & Monitoring services at all City Owned facilities indicated within the Invitation to Bid. The agreement will begin approximately July 1st, 2026, and will not extend beyond June 30th, 2031.
