DCAMM E-Bid Room Information, Verification, Registration and Security Requirements

Request for Qualifications for Trade Contractors for the following two (2) Trade Contractor Packages: Masonry ($2,280,447); Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking ($1,782,150), for the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital Replacement Building Renovation, Boston, MA. This project is a comprehensive modernization of an existing 420,000 GSF hospital building in the South End neighborhood of Boston to serve as a replacement for the existing Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The existing building consists of two interconnected buildings. Most of the building systems will be modernized in some fashion, and the remainder will be replaced in their entirety. The CM-at-Risk firm is Gilbane Building Co.

MCI Norfolk - Wastewater Plant Replacement, Norfolk, MA. This project is for the replacement of the existing Membrane Biological Reactor plant with an activated sludge plant, with some elements of renovation. This project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Dampproofing and Caulking; Painting; HVAC; Electrical. The Category of Work is Sewage and Water Treatment Plants. Please see the SSI Attachment: Confidentiality Agreement. Monson Steam and Condensate Pipe Immediate Repairs, Monson, MA. This project is for asbestos removal, including complete removal of a steam line and a condensate line, including all pipings, fittings, support structures, and Thermal System Insulation (TSI) ACM. Removal of TSI debris and removal of soils and vegetation surrounding the pipes. This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.

Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Maintenance Services for Certain State Buildings, Boston, Lowell, and Salem, MA. This project is for the testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment. This project is scheduled for one year to completion with four (4) option terms of one year each. This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.

Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services, McCormack State Office Building - Future of Work Renovations, Boston, MA. This Project consists of a multi-floor renovation of a 21-story office building. The scope of work involves a total of approximately 170,000 square feet on 13 separate floors for 11 distinct stare agencies. The areas of renovation generally include offices, open workstation areas, conference and hearing rooms, support spaces and kitchenettes. Firms interested in being prequalified must demonstrate that they have prior experience as a CM on at least three CM at Risk projects and have completed at least one project of a similar cost, complexity, type, and size as this project identified above and described further below. The prior CM at Risk projects must have been completed within the last ten (10) years. Firms must be certified in General Building Construction.
