The County of Los Angeles Public Works is seeking to prequalify bidders to bid on future Best Value Job Order Contracts. Best Value Job Order Contracts are firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contracts under which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual projects at different locations throughout the County of Los Angeles. Those Bidders who are prequalified during this process will be eligible to submit bids for Best Value Job Order Contracts. Such bids will be evaluated on the basis of best value as further described below. The Contracts will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder whose bid is determined by the County to provide the County with the best value. The successful Bidder will be selected for this bid solicitation according to the selection process described herein in Section 3 and the evaluation criteria described in Section 5. This bid solicitation process includes two parts: Part A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), and Part B Request for Bids (RFB). All interested Bidders are invited to submit a response to the Part A SOQ. Only those Bidders who are prequalified by the County after review of the Part A SOQ submittals, will be invited to submit a response to the Part B RFB.
