This contract has been designed to have a potential maximum contract term of 11 years, consisting of an initial 7-year term and potential additional two 2-year option renewals. The annual residential franchise revenues are estimated to be $5 million and annual Task 2 amount is estimated at $200,000. Proposer must possess the required valid Waste Collector Permit naming the Proposer as the permittee or a copy of the application for a Waste Collector Permit naming the Proposer as the permittee issued by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health at the time of proposal submission.
