The proposed project involves the development of a new fire tower building pad, park facilities, athletic fields, a 10 foot multi use path, and associated parking lot infrastructure. The work will occur on a roughly 25 acre site located off Curve Road, east of the Norfolk Southern railway, with approximately 19.55 acres of anticipated disturbance. Site improvements will include site grading, an onsite retention pond, field tile, a storm sewer system, and a septic system, all designed to meet applicable utility and stormwater management requirements. The project also includes extending a 12 inch water main beneath the Norfolk Southern rail line to provide necessary service to the site.

The Construction of a new force main that starts at the Donovan Farms development (Donovan Farm Pump Station), extending east along Pittsburgh Dr, to the intersection of London Rd and Pittsburgh Drive.

The project involves the extension of existing utilities through the construction of about 6,000 linear feet (16-inch diameter) water main and 5,000 linear feet (24-inch diameter) gravity sewer, both originating near the Slack Road intersection and extending along U.S. 42.

The furnishing of materials, equipment, and performing the labor for additions and renovations to the Delaware Fire Station No. 305 at 680 Sunbury Road Delaware, Ohio 43015 in accordance with the Project Manual, Specifications, and Drawings prepared by Mull & Weithman Architects, Inc., 4525 Indianola Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43214, (614) 267-6960. The Base Bid includes resurfacing Merrick Boulevard (within limits), North Houk Road (from Merrick Blvd to US 37), and South Houk Road (from US 36 to the railroad tracks), pavements repairs, restriping, curb ramps, curb & gutter repairs, and sidewalk repairs.
