26-03 OPWC Paving Program
The Base Bid includes the resurfacing of Pittsburg Drive, Johnson Drive, Henderson Court, and Elizabeth Street and the full reconstruction of Stover Drive. The bid also includes pavement repairs, restriping, and curb ramps. Add Alternate #1 includes construction of a compacted aggregate shoulder. Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued by August 3, 2026. All work must be completed by November 2, 2026. Two-way traffic must be maintained throughout the entire project except for an allowable one-week full closure of Elizabeth Street.

The proposed project involves the development of a new fire tower building pad, park facilities, athletic fields, a 10 foot multi use path, and associated parking lot infrastructure. The work will occur on a roughly 25 acre site located off Curve Road, east of the Norfolk Southern railway, with approximately 19.55 acres of anticipated disturbance.
Site improvements will include site grading, an onsite retention pond, field tile, a storm sewer system, and a septic system, all designed to meet applicable utility and stormwater management requirements. The project also includes extending a 12 inch water main beneath the Norfolk Southern rail line to provide necessary service to the site.

25-14 Merrick Blvd Extension Phase 1
The project work involves the extension of Merrick Blvd as a boulevard section for approximately 0.39 miles from Cambridge Road to Troy Road, including the reconstruction of 0.50 miles of Troy Road and construction of a single lane roundabout. The improvements also include full depth pavement, curb and gutter, concrete median, straight curb, sidewalk, multi-use path, drives, storm sewer, water works, traffic control, landscaping and roadway lighting. Add Alternate No. 1 includes transporting excess soil material from Phase 1 to Phase 2 and placing embankment material for future road extension.

The project involves the extension of existing utilities through the construction of about 9,000 linear feet (16-inch diameter) water main from the intersection of US 42 S and Sawmill Parkway, along Sawmill Parkway.
The project also incorporates the construction of about 10,000 linear feet (24-inch diameter) gravity sewer that starts at the Slack Rd pump station, then travels along the railway tracks, ending at the Olentangy school property.
