26-03 OPWC Paving Program
The Base Bid includes the resurfacing of Pittsburg Drive, Johnson Drive, Henderson Court, and Elizabeth Street and the full reconstruction of Stover Drive. The bid also includes pavement repairs, restriping, and curb ramps. Add Alternate #1 includes construction of a compacted aggregate shoulder. Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued by August 3, 2026. All work must be completed by November 2, 2026. Two-way traffic must be maintained throughout the entire project except for an allowable one-week full closure of Elizabeth Street.

25-09 Delaware Municipal Airport Taxilane D, E, & F Reconstruction
The Project includes the full depth reconstruction of taxilane pavements at Delaware Municipal Airport. The allowable construction timeframes and times to Substantial Completion are as stated in the plans and Agreement. The expected Notice to Proceed date is approximately August 30, 2025. Award and execution of a contract is contingent upon final confirmation of FAA and local funding, anticipated before September 30, 2025.

24-10 2024 Sidewalk Maintenance Program
The Project includes the following Work:
Replacement of curb ramps and sidewalk along US-36. This project will bring curb ramps into ADA compliance prior to ODOT’s paving of US-36 in 2025. A small contingency quantity is included for additional curb ramp repairs on other routes, as directed by the City. The add alternate includes addition of pedestrian push button foundations and conduit at Grand Circuit Boulevard and Houk Road. Add Alternate 1 will either be awarded initially with the contract or added by change order at the specified bid price after January 1, 2025.
Notice to Proceed is expected around March 17, 2025. The contractor will have 60 days to complete the project after Notice to Proceed.

24-13 Pollock Road Slip Repair
The purpose of this project is the stabilization of failed west slope embankment along Pollock Road. The stabilization includes the reconstruction of 100 feet of the west slope embankment with drilled shaft soldier pile and plug pile. Incidental work includes reconstruction of pavement, shoulder, and guardrail.
A Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued by 11/25/2024. A contract Milestone requires the slip repair to be complete and road reopened no later than 60 days after a Notice to Proceed is issued. Substantial Completion is 5/23/2025.
