26-03 OPWC Paving Program
The Base Bid includes the resurfacing of Pittsburg Drive, Johnson Drive, Henderson Court, and Elizabeth Street and the full reconstruction of Stover Drive. The bid also includes pavement repairs, restriping, and curb ramps. Add Alternate #1 includes construction of a compacted aggregate shoulder. Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued by August 3, 2026. All work must be completed by November 2, 2026. Two-way traffic must be maintained throughout the entire project except for an allowable one-week full closure of Elizabeth Street.

RFQ for 2022-2024 Engineering & Surveying Services
Request for Qualifications for engineering and surveying services during 2022-2024 period. The purpose of the RFQ is to prequalify multiple firms for consideration to provide services for several categories of projects as well as specific planned projects. During the three-year period of 2022-2024, only those firms who are prequalified as part of this process will be considered for providing services, unless the City elects to publish a separate RFQ or RFP for a major project (such as for an ODOT local-let project).

14-21 WWTP MAINTENANCE BUILDING ADDITION
The construction of a new maintenance facility that will be approximately 36’ X 40’ in dimensions. The facility will be located and constructed on City property, immediately adjacent and connected to the former pretreatment building (now retrofitted operations building). The project has an expected duration of about 6 months (We will work with the contractor in terms of start and finish dates, the project will however need to be completed by the end of 2022).

19-21 Bernard Avenue Phase 2 Drainage Improvements
Construction of approximately 1,807 L.F. of Storm sewer (ranging from 42”-12” in diameter) and 334 L.F. of Sanitary sewer (8” diameter). The project starts at an alley right off Sandusky St then crosses Franklin St and Washington St before proceeding to end at the junction of Liberty St and Bernard Avenue.

17-21 2021 Sidewalk Maintenance Program
The Base Bid project includes the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, and curbs at various locations on E. Heffner St., N. Union St., Cottswold Dr., and Somerset Rd. The Base Bid contract time will be 45 days to Substantial Completion. An Add Alternate includes on-call sidewalk and curb repair services for the remainder of calendar year 2021.

12-21 WESLEYAN WOODS SEWER REHABILITAION
Sanitary sewer improvements for Wesleyan Woods Sewer area. The scope of work includes the lining of existing sanitary sewer main with Cure in place pipe (CIPP). Sewer pipe preparation including light cleaning, cementitious grouting, trimming of protruding service laterals, and such other preparatory work as specified within the supplemental speciation of the contract. Signal System Upgrade covering signalized intersections along Sandusky Street from Belle Avenue to Central Avenue (SR-37), William Street (US-36) from US-23 to Lehner Woods Boulevard, Central Avenue (SR-37) from US-23 to Warrensburg Road and London Road within the City of Delaware.
All Bidders shall submit a DBE Utilization Plan at the time of bid setting forth specific information demonstrating how the Bidder will achieve the DBE goal. By submitting a DBE Utilization Plan, the Bidder is affirming that they will be using the DBE firms identified in the Utilization Plan to meet the DBE contract goal. 13-21 Central Avenue Path Pedestrian Connections
The Project will include the addition of pedestrian crossings of West Central Avenue (SR 37) at Lexington Blvd. and Chatham Lane. Work will include concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, pedestrian push buttons, traffic signal modifications, and rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs).
