City of Grandview - Community Center HVAC
Design Build of HVAC systems for City of Grandview Community Center. Project consist of removal and replacement of 9 roof top units / curbs, removal and replacement of 2 roof top fans, removal of 1 roof hood and removal, replacement and relocation of 1 Dectron dehumidifier unit, installation of Dectron exterior foundation and acoustical / visual screening.
Meeting / tour on site at 13500 Byars Road, Grandview MO. with Public Works, Facilities and Original design engineer will take place at 9:00 AM (central) on Nov. 30th. Attendance is highly recommended.

Shalimar Field Grading - Rebid
The contract provides for the removal of 4 trees, abandoned electrical switch boxes, concrete slabs / base, asphalt walk / base, railroad tie wall, site debris consisting of rock boulders, cmu bloc, tree brush, mulch etc. Remocal of 400 CY of current baseball infields, cut & fill of 500 CY, supply and placement of 500 CY new topsoil. Infield material will be stockpiled 200' north of the the fields.

The contract provides for an overlay of Twelve (13) segments of streets ranging from approximately 1,540 square yards to approximately 7,253 square yards for a total of approximately 4,810 tons of asphalt. Cold milling of approximately 43,721 square yards, 2,186 square yards of full-depth asphalt (8”) cut and patch, 200 LF of curb and gutter replacement, 4,750 SF of 4” of sidewalk replacement, and 2,150 SF of 6” sidewalk ramp on this project.

2018 Asphalt Overlay Program NO. R-1801-Overlay
The contract provides for 2” overlay of Ten (10) segments of streets ranging from approximately 1,309 square yards to approximately 7,174 square yards for a total of approximately 3875 tons of asphalt. Also required is the cold milling of approximately 33,716 square yards. There is also 358 LF of replacement curb and gutter, 2262 SF of 4” sidewalk, and 631 SF of 8” sidewalk ramp on this project.
