The proposed work consists of sidewalk replacement, handicap ramp installation, curb replacement, and catch basin repairs at various locations in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of crosswalk enhancements including installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons at the intersection of E. Streetsboro Street (SR 303) and Roslyn Avenue in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of improvements at two lakes (upper and lower) and dams located at the Barlow Community Center, 41 S. Oviatt Street, Hudson, Ohio. The project is being funded by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) and the City of Hudson. Both the upper and lower lake’s dams are classified as Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Class II Dams. Consequently, all dam work shall be done in compliance with ODNR Division of Dam Safety policies and procedures as outlined on the improvement plans and specifications. Improvements at the upper lake include excavation to provide additional storm water storage, upgrades to the existing dam’s emergency spillway and modifications to the dam’s primary outlet and auxiliary valve system. Upgrades to the lower lake include the construction of a new dam to be located within the footprint of the existing lake, dredging of a portion of the lower lake and modifications to the primary outlet and auxiliary valve system. Upon completion of the mass grading and dam improvement work, existing asphalt walking trails and disturbed grass areas will be restored, and new trees planted. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer.

The proposed work consists of the supplying all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the installation of various shrubs and trees on Ingleside Drive in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of brick masonry repair and replacement, brick masonry veneer rebuild, surface preparation and coating of cast-in-place concrete wall surfaces, pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete vertical and overhead repair, on grade and elevated concrete crack repair, epoxy injection for crack repair, on-grade concrete replacement, power wash cleaning and water repellant to brick masonry and pre-cast concrete, sealant joint replacement surface preparation and coating to steel railings, structural steel and misc. steel surfaces, expansion joint replacement, and re-setting of pre-cast concrete wall units at the Parking Terrace located at 10 Clinton Street in the City of Hudson, Ohio.
