The proposed work consists of the upgrading of Softener #4 at the City of Hudson Water Treatment Plant located at 572 W. Streetsboro Road. Work includes interior and exterior work, including installation of new 6” DeZurik influent and effluent valves for isolation of softener, removal and disposal of existing softener media, cleaning of softener vessel, inspection coordination by 3rd party contractor, and full media replacement, enlarging entry hatch to OSHA standards, structural rehabilitation of tank (pitwelds), disinfection, sandblasting, & epoxy coating of softener vessel. College Street and Hudson Street Pedestrian Signal Pole Procurement
The purchase will consist of the purchase of eight (8) rectangular flashing beacon (RRFB) pedestal shafts and bases. The RRFB’s will mount on a standard 4.5-inch OD aluminum pedestal pole with breakaway transformer base. A fourteen (14) foot pole shale be provided. Pole and base manufacturer shall be listed on ODOT’s Qualified Products List. The pole, base, and all exposed hardware shall be painted “matte” black in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The poles and bases shall meet the requirements set forth in ODOT Standard Construction Drawings TC-83.20 and HL-10.13. Equipment to be stored by Supplier until requested for delivery to the College Street and Hudson Street Crosswalk Enhancement Project.
