The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional design and surveying services for replacement of a culvert that is currently a fish passage barrier with a properly sized and engineered structure by allowing passage. This project shall be funded through the Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, A Cooperative Agreement with the Kenai Peninsula Borough.
