Contractor will provide all equipment, materials and qualified personnel, travel and per diem, to perform Annual Fire Alarm Inspections across the Kenai Peninsula Borough Wide for 59 systems at the following locations with minimal disruptions of building occupants, complete over summer break or on weekends/after hours (Some co-located).1-Anchor Point, 1-Bear Creek, 1-Cooper Landing, 9- Homer, 1-Kasilof, 1-Sterling, 11-Kenai, 1-Moose Pass, 1-Fly into Nanwalek, 7-Nikiski, 1-Ninilchik, 1- Fly into Port Graham, 1-Razdolna, 2-Seldovia, 4-Seward, 13-Soldotna,1-Fly into Tebughna, 2- Voznesenka. (FY27 excludes Hope School, SoPrep School, CES1, Kenai River Center, Borough Admin Records, Sterling Transfer Site, Nikolaevsk School)

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide professional engineering (all disciplines) services. To procure professional engineering design (all disciplines) services. To include assessment, design, site testing, estimating and construction administration services for the purpose of developing design, estimates and bid documents in support of replacement of existing septic and leach field. Design to be completed by December 1, 2026, Construction by November 1, 2027.
