The Kenai Peninsula Borough and School District are seeking Professional Consulting Services in an effort to complete an Educational Specification following the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development guidelines. The successful consultant will coordinate with user groups to determine the needs for a new Soldotna Elementary facility. The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the Digital Signage. The project consists of: Providing Digital Signage, Watchfire 16mm RGB or Equivalent as well as pylons for the Ninilchik Fire Station and Anchor Point Fire Station. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. This project shall be funded in part through the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services grant #C0621-570-H, a federal pass-thru grant, the full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction.
