The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the Digital Signage. The project consists of: Providing Digital Signage, Daktronics GS6-60X150-15.85-RGB-2V Galaxy® Outdoor Electronic Message Center - GS6 Series or equivalent as well as pylons, base, lighted station identifier sign and electrical connections for CES Fire Station#3 – Sterling, Alaska. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. This project shall be funded in part through the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services grant #C0621-570-H, a federal pass-thru grant, the full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) #93.323, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Infectious Diseases.” The federal administrative regulations for contractual and subrecipient agreements are cited in 2 CFR 200 and 45 CFR Part 75 as excerpted.

Repair damaged AC pavement around kitchen and dumpster area with a new concrete pad and ramp leading out cafeteria door. Additive alternative is an approximate additional 9,000 Sq Ft of AC pavement.
