The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB27-013 North Peninsula Recreation Service Area Pool New Well. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidental services necessary to drill and complete a new water well serving the North Peninsula Recreation Center Pool. Due to the existing well’s inability to meet the pool’s water demands, this project is a priority. The Contractor shall commence work promptly upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and complete the new well prior to ground freeze.

RFP27-011 Central Emergency Services Stations 5+6 High Efficiency Lighting
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for RFP27-011 Central Emergency Services Station #5-6 High Efficiency Lighting. The project consists of providing energy efficient lighting solutions to the Central Emergency Services Stations 5 (Funny River) and 6 (Kasilof). This will include a combination of light bulbs replacements, upgrade light fixtures and installing new lights in areas where no lights exist currently with an operational objective of reducing energy costs without compromising illumination.

RFP27-010 Kachemak Selo CMGC
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for RFP27-010 Kachemak Selo CMGC. The selected CM/GC will provide preconstruction services in collaboration with the Borough and design team, including constructability review, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Subject to acceptance of the GMP and authorization by the Borough, the CM/GC may subsequently provide construction services for the project located in Kachemak Selo, Alaska.

ITB26-033 CULVERT PROCUREMENT
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for culvert procurement. The project consists of the following: Sourcing and delivery or storage of two CMP steel culverts: Main Culvert: 11-foot diameter, 60 linear feet, 12-gauge CMP steel culvert in three 20-foot sections complete with 16-gauge gaskets, 16-gauge bands and lifting lugs for proper connection of the three sections of CMP. Overflow Culvert: 5-foot diameter, 60 linear feet, 16-gauge CMP steel culvert in three 20-foot sections complete with 16-gauge gaskets, 16-gauge bands and lifting lugs for proper connection of the three sections of CMP. This project shall be funded through the Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, A Cooperative Agreement with the Kenai Peninsula Borough. The full and complete terms and provisions of which shall be incorporated by this reference in the RFP and in the covered transaction. Federal funds for this project are identified by the Assistance Listing Number 15.685 – National Fish Passage. The federal program regulations 2 CFR 200, as applicable to the contractor, may be found online at https://ecfr.gov, Title 2 – Grants and Agreements.
