The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB17-023 Central Peninsula Landfill Cell 3 Development. The project consists of the following: Construction of Central Peninsula Landfill Cell 3 Development per CH2M Hill’s Plans and Specifications Dated February 20, 2017. Work consists of mass earthmoving, clearing and grubbing of several acres, various storm water, erosion and sediment control features in compliance with Authorities Having Jurisdiction; Installation of Landfill liner system and associated components; Installation of Leachate collection and recirculation systems, Landfill gas components per plans and specifications. The Construction of a new perimeter roadway. Various Electrical work. A pre-bid conference will be held at 47140 East Poppy Lane on March 23, 2017 at 2:30 PM, in the Purchasing & Contracting Conference Room. A site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting.
