This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.

The objective of this project is to upgrade and modernize the existing infrastructure by replacing the current generators and updating all associated control systems, which have reached the end of their operational lifespan. This redesign will address: new office space, meeting room, bathrooms, front desk public area and designated operational waste/recycling areas.
