Contractors and subcontractors are also required to comply with the State of New Jersey, Division of Revenue Business Registration Certificate requirements (P.L. 2004, c.57). Contractors or Subcontractors shall not engage in the performance of any work, unless the Contractor or Subcontractor is registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Department of Treasure Division of Revenue, as required. No SBE goals are required for this project, but firms shall seek SBE participation under the State program.
