2018 Idlers
Idlers shall be CEMA D with an external sealing system, have sealed bearings with grease, shall have a minimum of 1” solid steel shaft, and shall be a minimum of 9 gauge steel, Martin brand or equal. If an alternate brand is quoted, you must attach a separate sheet listing all deviations, and the specification sheet of brand quoted, is requested with bid. All freight shall be included with unit cost. Prices are to be held for (1) year from date of award. Idlers will be purchased in various quantities as needed with freight included. The District reserves the right to make a determination as to the quality of the deviation.

2018 Conveyor Belting
Conveyor belting shall be 3 ply or 4 ply as specified on the attached form. All belting shall have a DIN value of 125 or less. Bids must have freight included in pricing, and a spec sheet showing the DIN value, included with your bid. Any bid without the spec sheet will be considered non responsive.
