ELLIS HALL RENOVATION Interior Renovation of a 4 story building with an attic. The existing building is approximately 56,000 square feet total on the four occupiable floors. The completed project is a B (Business) occupancy in accordance with the Ohio Building Code (OBC). The project also includes removal and replacement of all exterior windows and doors as well as exterior renovation of the existing portico/entrance on the east side of the building.
