This proposal includes revaluation of all taxable and nontaxable properties over time and updating an establishment of the new base year, to arrive at full and true value as of April 1, 2022. Results will be validated by submitting to the City and the Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant appraisal report. The City proposes to enter into an agreement with the vendor to plow up to seventeen (17) municipal parking lots. See Attachment A for the City of Nashua downtown parking map. The initial contract term will be from the date approved by the City of Nashua and terminating on May 15th, 2020. The agreement may be extended up to two (2) additional one-year periods. This project involves the reconstruction of an existing boat ramp on the Merrimack River, and construction of a gravel parking lot, ADA accessible pre-loading platform, three bio retention ponds, stone lined swales and two small precast concrete gravity block retaining walls. An existing gravel access road will be converted to a footpath with a 3-ft width being converted from gravel to grass. Work also includes construction of a direct gravel access road to the site, designed and constructed by the City but included as part of this project. Completion time for the project shall be as follows: June 19, 2020 for substantial completion July 17,2020 for final completion

The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, invites experienced and qualified firms to submit bids the Digester Gas Tank Diaphragm Upgrade Project at the Nashua Wastewater Treatment Facility (NWTF), located at 2 Sawmill Road, Nashua NH 03060. This PROJECT consists of equipment, materials and services to remove the existing internal diaphragm, invert the connection to the piston and installing a new diaphragm. This work will be coordinated with the coating of gas tank which will be done prior to this project and under a separate contract.
