The scope of work is phase two of roofing replacement and roofing improvements to the Worthington Community Center facility. The scope of work includes the tear-off and replacement of the existing roofing systems, roof insulation, and repairs to structural decking including; wood, steel and fibrous cement decking. Additional scope includes removal of the existing metal copings and wood fascia running along the perimeter of the roof areas under replacement; including repairs to under lying substrate and sub-structure. The fascia will be replaced with a prefinished metal fascia system. Wood plank wall siding will also be replace to match the fascia. Roof accessories to be addressed include but are not limited to new gutter and downspouts systems, new roof level access ladder and miscellaneous repairs to roof drainage systems. Existing grade level and roof level windows and related exterior and interior trim will also be removed and replaced.
