Sidewalk Package 11- Polo Rd SUP and Harrison Rd Sidewalk The Polo Road Shared-Use Path will consist of constructing 9600 SY of 10 ft wide 4” thick concrete and 200 SY of 6” concrete shared-use path 1950 lf of 2’-0” vertical and 15 lf of 2’-0” ogee curb and gutter. Additionally, 976 lf of various sizes of drainage pipe will be installed. The Harrison Road sidewalk project consist of constructing 2465 SY of 5 ft wide 4” thick concrete sidewalk. Additionally, 2330 lf of 1’-6” lf of vertical curb and gutter, 80 CY of retaining wall, 970 SY of 6’ thick concrete driveway and installing approx. 1190 lf of various size drainage pipe.

The Southeast Richland Neighborhood (SERN) Improvement Project scope includes: 1) the construction of a two (2) lane roadway on new location from US Route 378/US 76 (Garners Ferry Road) to Road S-2089 (Rabbit Run Road) 2) Shared-Use Path on new roadway and Rabbit Run Road from Garners Ferry Road to Road S-37 (Lower Richland Boulevard) 3) Shared-Use Path on Lower Richland Boulevard from Rabbit Run Road to Lower Richland High School 4) Installation of Aluminum Box Culverts under Rabbit Run Road to correct existing drainage issue.
