The project consists of but is not limited to: Replace water trough and seal plate in Boiler #3 at the Power Plant.

The project consists of but is not limited to: Remove existing rock ballast and EPDM membrane, remove existing insulation and applicable metal copings and flashing. Adhere new insultation, adhere new coverboard, install new KEE membrane and metal copings and flashing. Remove existing wooden walkway and patch back as required. The project consists of but is not limited to: the demolition of existing light fixtures, replacing and adding new light fixtures, as well as adding new ceiling tiles at Maucker Union in Rooms 006, 012, 014 and surrounding Concourses, along with the accessory spaces. The project consists of but is not limited to: Replace cast-iron sanitary waste stack and horizontal runouts serving toilets, urinals, and floor drains for twelve story Bender Residence Hall. New piping shall be case iron pipe. Existing sanitary vent stack and portions of horizontal branches shall remain.

The project consists of but is not limited to: roadway improvements on Campus Street from Jennings Drive to approximately 200’ south of University Avenue. The roadway improvements associated with the project generally include removal of the existing roadway pavement, excavation to place and compact a new granular base and reconstruct the PCC pavement, reconstruction of adjacent sidewalk ADA ramps, parking lot entrances and driveways, and replacement of impacted storm sewer infrastructure. The project will also involve construction of a temporary access for campus parking, replacement and reinstallation of street signs, painted pavement markings on the new pavement surface, and adjustment of fixtures within the grading and paving limits.
