Institutional Roads 2022
As part of the 2022-2026 Institutional Roads program, UNI will include reconstruction of Strayer-Wood Theater Loop Drive and pavement repairs and maintenance on Panther Parkway. The project shall also include new sidewalks at the SWT location that are not eligible for P & IR funding. Replacement of the water utility service to Strayer-Wood Theater shall also be included in this project.

Roth Roof Replacement & Exterior Improvements
Full replacement of the existing standing seam metal roof. The new roof shall be a luxury asphalt shingle roof system over the existing roof deck material. Includes new roof insulation, flashings, gutters, masonry tuckpointing of selected areas and re-caulk of masonry window joints.
