The project consists of but is not limited to: replacing the existing dry cooler system on the roof to include the dry cooler, pump package, expansion tank, and piping. A new dry cooler, pump package, expansion tank, valves, and piping will be installed. New insulation with jacketing will be included. Electrical work includes demolition of existing power distribution to old equipment and installing new power to equipment. Dry cooler control wiring removal and replacement shall be included.

General Contractor’s Scope of Work includes replacement of exterior building siding, windows, and patio doors at ten apartment buildings. Also included is the replacement of the central corridor exterior doors with glass sidelights. New steel doors with hollow metal frame glass sidelights to include access control door hardware.

The project consists of but is not limited to selective brick removal and replacement to facilitate removal and replacement of degraded lintels. New lintel installation includes steel angle lintel, through wall stainless steel flashing, weeps and installation of new thru wall weeps. New lintels to be field painted along with select existing lintels to remain. Additional work includes selective repointing of brick masonry, removal and replacement of sealant joints at portions of the water table, concrete stoop cap repairs, sealing perimeter of concrete walks to walls and replacement of one concrete stoop.

Renovate existing rooms 220, 221, 223, 227, and 230 on the 2nd floor of McLeod to be office space for athletics. This involves bisecting the space into offices and meeting space and includes adding HVAC to the spaces.

The project consists of but is not limited to: roof replacement, tuckpointing, and caulking of the exterior envelope.
