Suite 450, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, until 2:00 pm, local time, June 16, 2020, at which time bids will be opened
and posted immediately thereafter for furnishing of all necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment,
insurances, etc. in order to perform the 2020 Gas Leak Detection Survey which includes checking the gas
mains, service, riser or service entrance, regulators and meters up to the meter outlet connection. This will
include approximately 10,500 outside and inside meter sets.

2020 HIGHLAND PARK WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT, OPWC CJ30W....
The project is located in the Highland Park Subdivision. Replacement of approximately 12,565 LF of 8” ductile iron water main, 165 LF of 12” ductile iron water main and 30’ LF of 16” ductile iron water main, installation of 27 fire hydrants, 230 new water services, 13,980 LF of new water service piping directionally drilled between curb boxes and foundation walls and 5,670 linear feet of new interior water house piping, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. This project also includes grounding the house electrical system at properties in the Fordson Heights Subdivision where water services were previously replaced.

ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR OPERATOR QUALIFIED WELDING OF GAS MAINS AND GAS SERVICES.
In general, the improvements on which proposals are requested will require a variation of welding on the various items such as gas mains, gas services, gas regulator systems, gas meter sets, etc.; of the City of Hamilton’s Gas Distribution System.
The successful contractors and their subcontractors whose employees perform work on a City of Hamilton gas pipeline system shall have on file and submit with the bid proposal a copy of the contractor’s Operators Qualification Plan and a current P.H.M.S.A. Pipeline Drug & Alcohol Plan.
