Electronic bids will be received through Bid Express by the City of Hamilton, Ohio (“Owner”), until 2:00 pm, local time, July 2, 2024, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter at 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Greenup Carbon Seal Unit 1 Machining (the “Project”), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton ("Design Professional”). Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: The goal of this project is to replace the sleeve of this Carbon Seal in order to continue operation.
