This project includes improvements to the Springfield Lake Outlet Channel. Improvements consist of sediment removal, cleanup, and stabilization to be performed with machinery and hand tools. Natural stream elements will be incorporated to improve velocities and reduce flooding.

This project includes improvements for the Idle Brook Bankfull Wetlands. Work includes creation of five (5) bankfull wetlands: two (2) along West Fork, two (2) along Yellow Creek, and one (1) along Idle Brook, and all site restoration. The Work shall be performed for the Owner in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, maintenance of flow, excavation, rock placement, vegetation establishment, and restoration.

Description of Job: Existing roadway to be milled, widened, and overlayed from approximately 500 feet north of intersection of Ravenna Rd. with Old Mill Rd. to the City of Twinsburg Limits. Substandard shoulders will be widened and improved where possible. The existing cross slope will be maintained. The existing box culvert 3600 feet north of Old Mill Rd. will be replaced. Project Length of 1.15 Miles

Description of Job: Existing roadway to be widened and overlaid. To Accommodate the proposed widened roadway/shoulders, widening will take place the west side of the roadway. Thereby requiring the crown to be shifted accordingly, a variable depth leveling course will be added to provide a consistent cross slope. Project Length of 0.90 Miles
