21-18, 2021 Caddo Parish Road Treatment Program
PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the rehabilitation and asphaltic concrete overlay of approximately 41 miles of rural roads throughout Caddo Parish. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade lime stabilization, sub-grade cement stabilization, superpave asphaltic concrete, asphalt roadway patching, asphalt leveling, asphaltic concrete overlay, pavement markings/striping, shoulder surface aggregate with all associated work as described in the contract documents.
