IFB 22-20, Leonard Road Bridge Replacement
PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street and Bridge Construction
SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a three (3) span pre-cast concrete slab span bridge on Buncombe Road including, but not limited to, demolition and removal of debris, excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, in-place cement stabilized base course construction, asphalt concrete paving, and related work as described in the Contract Documents.
Per LA R.S 38:2212, in order to bid the project, a complete set of Bid Documents must be obtained by the prime bidder at the office of Land & Aquatic Resource Management, LLC, 1702 East Texas St., Bossier City, Louisiana 71111 upon receipt of $100.00 deposit (for each set of documents). The deposit is fully refundable to all bonafide prime bidders who submit a bid upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the rehabilitation and asphaltic concrete overlay of approximately 48 miles of rural roads throughout Caddo Parish. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, sub-grade lime stabilization, sub-grade cement stabilization, superpave asphaltic concrete, asphalt roadway patching, asphalt leveling, asphaltic concrete overlay, pavement markings/striping, shoulder surface aggregate with all associated work as described in the contract documents.
