The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works (SJCDPW) requests statements of qualifications from engineering consulting firms to provide on call design engineering support services for miscellaneous projects in San Joaquin County. SJCDPW will establish a list of three (3) to five (5) consultant firms to provide services on an “On-Call” basis. The intent is to obtain, through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) method of procurement, multiple consultant service Purchase Agreements for design engineering support services for an amount not-to-exceed $100,000 per fiscal year. The On-Call List will be utilized by SJCDPW for a two-year period with the option of SJCDPW to extend the On-Call List for an additional year. The selected consulting firm (CONSULTANT) will perform professional and technical engineering services for the Country Club Boulevard Complete Streets Corridor Plan. This plan focuses on sustainable improvements to enhance and promote a vibrant economy, enhance the safety and security of the users.
