The BDR-1-23 & BDR-3-23 projects are located along the West Virginia Turnpike at I-77 Mileposts 13.73 and 13.79, respectively. They consist of fully replacing the northbound bridge decks over Mercer Springs Rd, County Route 7 and Brush Creek, respectively, with precast deck panels and barriers utilizing accelerated bridge construction.
