WV Parkways Bridge Deck Replacement Contract in Mercer County, West Virginia. The BDR-1-23 & BDR-3-23 projects are located along the West Virginia Turnpike at I-77 Mileposts 13.73 and 13.79, respectively. They consist of fully replacing the northbound bridge decks over Mercer Springs Rd, County Route 7 and Brush Creek, respectively, with precast deck panels and barriers utilizing accelerated bridge construction. Both bridge decks shall be replaced concurrently. Contactor to pay special attention to the recent changes in the construction details when compared to previous contracts.
