This project includes the demolition of the existing airport terminal building and the construction of a new terminal building at Put-In-Bay Airport. The new passenger terminal building has an exterior footprint of approximately 2,777 sf and is broken out into (5) five spaces that will accommodate the essential needs of the airport. These (5) five spaces include a public area, administration office, a mechanical room, men’s and women’s restrooms, and a baggage room. Additional components of the project include ADA compliant sidewalks around the terminal, partial parking lot reconstruction and reconfiguration to accommodate ADA requirements, access road from landside to airside, and surface drainage features. Installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing will also be included in the project. All new building utilities will be tied into existing infrastructure that is currently outside of the building footprint.

Description: REHABILITATE RUNWAY 10/28, TAXIWAY A, AND GA RAMP The Project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing runway and taxiway via full depth reclamation, profile milling existing parking ramp asphalt pavement, placing new asphalt pavement, pavement markings, drainage installation, fence repair, and new aircraft tie-down anchor installation. The Put-in-Bay Township Port Authority hereafter referred to as the Port Authority shall select a contractor to maintain, manage and operate eighty-one (81) mooring buoys to be installed in the Put-in-Bay harbor in the area indicated as “Mooring Buoy Area” on Chart “C” in the Put-in-Bay Township Port Authority Shoreline Development Plan and Regulations hereafter referred to as the Plan and Regulations.
