The Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) is soliciting bids for Semi - Annual inspection, maintenance and repair contract for elevators owned by the Oklahoma Military Department (OMO). The purpose of this contract will be to establish a predetermined price for Semi-Annual inspections and preventative maintenance services, and to provide a set labor rate for additional maintenance and repair services that may be required during the contract period.

Restoration of Voth clay and shale mine

This project consists of installing exterior components of Camp Gruber’s Cottages, some buildings have different requirements, Building (164, 166, 272, 274, 276, 273, 275, and 277). All work shall be performed by a contractor experienced in all aspects of work required by this scope. The Oklahoma Military Department (OMD) expects the renovated features of the facilities to need minimal maintenance or repair for a minimum of 25 years.
