Work will consist of project management, development of conceptual plans, technical requirements, and related documents for Design-Build procurement, support during Design-Builder selection, plan reviews, analysis of cost data, development of independent estimates, reconciliation of quantity and costs differences, development of reports and accurate cost projections, compliance with federal/state statutes covering improvements and support of construction activities and documents in accordance with the Departments’ minimum requirements for QA/QC, administration and support in civil rights compliance, construction project management, construction project controls, public affairs, communications, and Transportation Management Plan (TMP).
