The project includes the installation of a new addressable / programmable ADA compliant voice fire alarm system in each building. This project will renovate about 3,000 SF of existing space on the first floor of Newton Hall for Research Labs for the College of Nursing. Their current space is in the basement of the building so moving the Labs to the first floor will provide much more visibility. The required spaces will include a Flexible Laboratory, Tissue Culture Laboratory, Work Area, Freezer Rooms, Imaging Room, and Director’s Office.
