Replace existing roof-mounted, automatic smoke vent over stage

The project is the renovation of an existing open office into enclosed office in the administrative suite. The area of construction is approximately 1,500 square feet. The work consists of the removal of flooring and ceiling grid and tiles and the associated fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems. The new work will consist of creating eight private offices and two general work areas. The new work will entail new partitions, doors and frames, ceilings, finishes in the new OSUWMC finish standards, and the associated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems

Description Interior renovations to group restrooms and lactation room in Cook Hall at The Ohio State University – Lima, including associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements.

Installation of a new cage washer in the basement floor of the build-ing, work includes removal of existing cage washer, demo of walls, pit and door, installation of new cage washer (By Tecniplast Vendor), Patching, Repair and final connections as needed, Additional utility upgrades including installation of a pre-purchased condensate pump, a pre-purchased transformer, and a new compressor are included. Replace existing wall protection as required to accommodate new construction. All noisy work is to occur after normal operating hours.
