The Program of Requirements (“POR”) will be developed for the various projects by a Criteria Architect/Engineer (“Criteria A/E”).

OSU Columbus, Franklin County: Replacement of existing elevator at Faculty Club and all associated scope of work

The planned scope of work includes rehabilitation three bridges on The Ohio State University’s Main Campus: Woody Hayes over Olentangy River Road, Woody Hayes over Olentangy River. Maintenance level repairs generally include concrete patching/repairs, concrete walk repairs/replacement, joint and crack sealing, and deck sealing and repair

This project will repair and add heat tracing in Ohio Stadium.
