OSU Lima: 3,600 sf renovation of the existing Public Service Building and HVAC upgrades.

A two phased renovation of the existing public restrooms located on the first floor of Ohio State Harding Hospital, 1670 Upham Drive in Columbus, Ohio. The project scope includes Rooms 100T (Women’s 212 SF), 101T (Men’s 174 SF), 115T (Men’s 34 SF), 116T (Women’s 34 SF), 118T (Women’s 122 SF), 119T (Men’s 122 SF), 111T (Unisex 39 SF) and 112T (Unisex 39SF). Restrooms 100T and 101T will need to be ADA Accessible. Alternate G-1 will be an Add Alternate to provide new doors and hardware for Restrooms 100T, 101T, 115T, 116T, 118T, and 119T. Rooms 111T and 112T will be designed and advertised as Add Alternate G-2 and will be equipped with anti-ligature fixtures and accessories. Phases One Restrooms 100T, 101T, and 115T as well as 112T if Alternate G-2 is accepted, Phase Two Restrooms 118T, 119T and 116T as well as 111T if Alternate G-2 is accepted.

Replaces existing interior emergency generators at Sisson Hall and Agricultural (Ag) Engineering with exterior generators. Scope of work includes associated Civil, MEP, Fire Protection Systems, and Hazardous Material removal.

This project will upgrade door operators in various buildings on campus.

OSU Columbus: The project includes work on the first floor of the Riffe Building to accommodate a new Helium recovery system. Work within Riffe Building is primarily located within the first floor, room R145. Work includes the selective demolition of existing elements to fully renovate approximately 300 sf of an existing laboratory into a new equipment room with new mezzanine level. Limited work also occurs on upper levels and at the roof to accommodate new mechanical equipment and piping pathways. Work includes but is not limited to General Trades, Abatement, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
