Tenant improvements of approximately 4,590 sf on the second floor and 130 sf on the third floor to convert shelled space into office, exam, check-out and storage areas matching the finishes of the existing building. Work includes partition walls, doors, borrowed lites, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and data installation.

The Ohio State University Airport/Don Scott Field (KOSU) is home to 150 aircraft and sees an estimated 90,000 flight operations per year. This is the primary facility serving The Ohio State University and the surrounding central Ohio community. KOSU has been identified as a “National Priority” general aviation airport by the FAA, is a Part 139 Certificated Airport, and serves as a general aviation reliever for John Glenn International Airport. As part of this project, the Airport looks to rehabilitate / reconstruct Taxiway E. Taxiway will need rehabilitated to support the aircraft type and keep taxiing aircraft safe.

Project includes the pavement rehabilitation, replacement of curbing and concrete areas to bring the East – ADA Parking Lot up to current. Accessibility Code. The lot will be re-striped and signed per City of Columbus and Ohio ADA requirements.

This project will Refresh mechanical rooms in multiple buildings.

OSU Columbus: The project consists of 1,345 SF of office space renovation in the ground floor of the Physical Activity and Educational Services building (PAES), 305 Annie and John Glenn Avenue, at The Ohio State University. Locations of work include refresh of rooms A011, A012, A021, and A023. Scope includes demolition, interior finish upgrades, modification of existing building fire protection and electrical systems.
