Removal of existing MRI Equipment and replacement within existing MRI suite. Associated work to include limited demolition and upgrades to associated structural and MEP systems within the suite and on the roof of the existing building. Work to be completed within an active patient environment.

Renovations of Restrooms and selective rooms for new 30 day stay patient rooms, meeting rooms, laundry and living area with associated MEP and Fire Suppression work.

Columbus Campus: The project will consist of the construction of approximately 2,765 SF of existing office space in Dulles Hall Room 106. The renovation will include a new entry, reception area, work area and finish upgrades throughout along with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.

Renovate existing tie stall barn to accommodate new college leased robotic milking, manure, and feeding equipment. Replace existing ventilation system with new system designed for milking operations
