Removal of existing MRI Equipment and replacement within existing MRI suite. Associated work to include limited demolition and upgrades to associated structural and MEP systems within the suite and on the roof of the existing building. Work to be completed within an active patient environment.

This project will remove existing steam boiler, piping and heating equipment and provide new air distribution and heating equipment

The project includes work on the third floor of Parks Hall. Work within Parks Hall is primarily located within the third floor in the South end of the building. Work includes the selective demolition of existing elements to fully renovate 4,600 sf of existing third floor laboratory (Suites 319, 323 and Rooms 316 and 320) into a new laboratory space. Work includes but is not limited to General Trades, Abatement, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.

This project will create a new outdoor plaza area between Eisenhower Memorial Center and Conard Hall - approx. 4,000 SF

The project will consist of the construction of approximately 2100 SF of existing space into lab space and approximately 2175 SF of office space renovations in the basement of Graves Hall on the Columbus Campus of The Ohio State University, 333 W. 10th Ave., Columbus, Ohio.
