Marion Campus: Interior renovation and improvement of selected areas of the Alber Student Center, including the existing public restrooms, locker rooms, game room, and gymnasium.

This project will renovate lower level, 2nd, and 3rd floors including removing walls to open spaces, new flooring, paint, and updating staff desks and furniture.

Removal of existing MRI Equipment and replacement within existing MRI suite. Associated work to include limited demolition and upgrades to associated structural and MEP systems within the suite and on the roof of the existing building. Work to be completed within an active patient environment.

Columbus Campus: The scope of work includes the renovation of existing Rooms 065K and 065N to accommodate a new Video Studio (Room 065Q), as well as a new entry (Room 065N) and multi-use room (Room 065P). Renovation of Office Suite 127 which will include (2) private offices, an open office, a reception area, small kitchenette and copy center. New entry into Suite 127 and existing conference room (Room 133). Renovate Rooms 191 and 192 to provide a lactation & meditation space, which will include a small kitchenette. Create a new south entry for office suite 196A. A new single user toilet room - Room 154T. Renovate (2) two existing men's toilet rooms, one on the 2nd Floor Room 263T (Alternate G-1) and the other on the 3rd Floor Room 359T (Alternate G-2).

Rhodes - Room S212 DR X-ray & Room S240F Bi-Plane This project will remove and install new DR x-ray equipment.
