This project includes the rehabilitation of building enclosure elements at Lazenby Hall and replacement of the clay tile roof. The roof replacement will include new flashings and drainage elements, and reuse the clay roof tiles. The Alternate scope of work includes isolated masonry repairs.

Renovation of 4,892 SF of the OSU African-American Community Extension Center located at 905 Mount Vernon Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. The project scope includes: The removal of an existing computer lab, three (3) offices and an equipment storage area to create a new flexible Computer Lab, a new Classroom, new ADA family Toilet Room and new open Gathering/Library Space. OSU Marion Campus: Remove existing interior, natural gas generators, associated transfer switches and distribution equipment at Morrill Hall and the Library Classroom Building. Provide a new emergency natural gas generator exterior to Morrill Hall. Provide new transfer switches and distribution for emergency and standby loads.
