Renovation of approximately 3,600 square feet of tenant space of the Pelvic Health clinic located at Outpatient Gahanna. The renovation is the conversion of an existing nuclear camera suite, restroom, stress lab, hot lab, tech space, prep areas, sub waiting and phone triage rooms into a PT gym with large team room. The plan converts existing offices, reading room and echo lab into additional exam rooms. It reworks nurses station into clean and soil rooms and adds storage areas. The project contains several bid alternates allowing the suite to be refreshed in the new OSUWMC finish standards.

The PAST Foundation Interior renovations consisting of new and revised partitions, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology systems, and ceiling systems.

OSU Columbus Campus: Provide and install the electrical feeder(s) and infrastructure, including premanufactured modular units, to allow for future installation of Owner equipment.

This project will provide new manual, addressable, voice, ADA compliant fire alarm system in the Recreation Center on the OSU Mansfield Campus.

Replace selected existing main entrance vestibules, doors, storefront, ADA hardware and miscellaneous exterior concrete slabs at the following buildings: Campus Recreation Center (1729 University Drive) and Eisenhower Memorial Hall (1640 University Drive) located on The Ohio State University’s Mansfield Campus, Mansfield, Ohio, Richland Country.
