Lima Campus: The project will renovate approximately 10,022 SF on the Basement Level. The scope of the project is to expand the Student Activity Spaces; rooms include a Commons, Student Lounge, Game Room, Catering Kitchen, Kitchenette, Huddle Rooms, Conference Space, Offices and an Exterior Patio Space directly outside the Commons.

This project will replace the existing roof, make repairs to the existing deck, and add a roof drain and insulation to improve drainage.

Renovations to the existing Waterman Main Dairy Barn to convert the existing tie stall barn to a free stall barn with new robotic milking, feed, and manure systems. The project will also upgrade the building electrical service and add a new generator.

Replaces two existing fluoroscopy rooms and a nuclear medicine camera along with renovation of surrounding support spaces including an existing toilet to comply with ADA. Scope of work includes associated MEP, Fire Protection Systems, and Hazardous Material removal. The work is to be performed in three phases. Phase One – the Zee MP and Spect CT areas; Phase Two – the Agile area; and Phase Three – the technician work area.

Convert 11th Avenue to two way traffic between Neil Ave and College Road and add bus stops.
