The project includes the replacement of the main fire alarm control panel in the same location as the existing and replacement of all fire alarm initiation devices in the same locations as the existing. Existing rough-ins and wiring will be reused. The operation of the fire alarm system will be restored to pre-construction condition.

Renovate approximately 455 SF of toilet rooms on the first floor of Arps Hall located at 1945 N. High Street in Columbus, Ohio. The project scope includes Rooms 168T, and a combination of 178T and 180T. The scope of the renovations will reconfigure the existing toilet rooms identified above: to transform the current Women’s toilet room 168T into a new ADA compliant Multi-User Men’s Toilet Room and to combined Rooms of 178T a current Women’s toilet room and 180T a current Men’s toilet room into a new ADA compliant Multi-User Women’s Toilet Room.
