This project will include the fabrication and installation of campus-wide exterior signage including vehicular directional, pedestrian directional, service area identification, building identification, parking lot identification. Also includes removal of some existing exterior signs

OSU Columbus Campus: The scope will include the total demolition of Watts Hall (2041 College Rd, Columbus, OH 43210-1178) which is physically connected to MacQuigg Hall (105 W Woodruff Ave, Columbus, OH 43210-1117). The buildings are located in the central core of campus which is highly populated. The building to remain will need to be shored and separated from Watts along with disconnection and termination of any utility and mechanical pipes that may feed the building from MacQuigg. The scope of work to include building demolition, abatement, MEP / Electrical disconnects, site work, and shoring of building to remain. Upon completion of the demolition, the site will need to be brought to grade and seeded. The demolition will allow for future building to be erected for the Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex.

This project will construct a National Pan-Hellenic Council Plaza adjacent to Hale Hall at OSU Columbus Campus.

West Campus Infrastructure Phase 1 Bid Package 3- Provide infrastructure and lane widening for Kenny Road

Renovation of approximately 3,600 square feet of tenant space of the Pelvic Health clinic located at Outpatient Gahanna. The renovation is the conversion of an existing nuclear camera suite, restroom, stress lab, hot lab, tech space, prep areas, sub waiting and phone triage rooms into a PT gym with large team room. The plan converts existing offices, reading room and echo lab into additional exam rooms. It reworks nurses station into clean and soil rooms and adds storage areas. The project contains several bid alternates allowing the suite to be refreshed in the new OSUWMC finish standards.
