The work includes the replacement of an existing packaged RTU on the first floor roof of Hopewell Hall. The existing unit is a packaged DX cooling unit with hot water heat. The new unit will be of like design. Existing duct connection points to remain in the same place. Electrical power to RTU equipment will be replaced. Lightning protection system will be extended to new RTU. The single ply membrane roof system will require modifications to allow for the new unit and duct. A small portion of roof railing for fall protection.

Replacement of roofs at Building 600 and 610 Ackerman Road, Columbus, OH

Provide and install the electrical feeder(s) and infrastructure, including premanufactured modular units, to allow for future installation of Owner equipment.

OSU Newark: Project includes renovating a set of restrooms to make them meet ADA and update the finishes. Creation of a gender-neutral restroom will be added near the existing restroom bank.

Renovate approximately 752 SF of the third floor of Evans Lab, at 88 West 18th Avenue, Columbus, OH. The project scope includes the following Rooms on the Third Floor: 3021 and 3023. The scope of the project is to convert existing lab spaces into office areas to accommodate graduate student workspaces. The renovation will upgrade finishes, plumbing for a new coffee station with sink, minor alterations to HVAC throughout the project area, provide new lighting, and additional power as required to accommodate workstations. Alternate G-1 to provide and install new flooring, remove existing window coverings and provide and install new roller shades. Alternate H-1 to remove existing sheet metal cover and provide and install new finned tube cover.
