This project at the Ohio State University Healthy Community Center involves replacing, abandoning, and installing sanitary piping, along with the installation of a new dishwasher requiring electrical conduit and HVAC ductwork to ensure proper air circulation.

This project will update finishes on the 14th Floor of the OSU East hospital for the James Care East clinic. Updates include ceiling, flooring, and wall finishes. Improvements also include reconfiguration of infusion spaces and ADA upgrades.

This is a 2nd Rebid with reduced scope. Horizontal galvanized piping will remain. New domestic water and fire backflow preventors in a new location. New riser. Backfeed existing systems. Abatement related to installation and demolition of work. Hazardous containment in areas of known hazardous fireproofing. Finishes associated with access and pipe replacement. All work required for installation in an active and occupied facility

Masonry Wall Repair – Brick Veneer: The project includes repairs to the exterior masonry façade at the corners of 3 academic buildings on the campus of The Ohio State University (Smith Laboratory, Bolz Hall, and the Animal Sciences Building). The masonry repairs include the replacement of the through-wall flashing, replacement of steel shelf angles/lintels at isolated distress, brick masonry replacement at isolated distress, installation of through-wall anchors, sawcutting of existing and new brick masonry expansion joints, stone patching at isolated distress, joint sealant abatement and installation, masonry cleaning and the application of a clear water repellent.

This project is a fire alarm upgrade at Orton Hall and 1315 Kinnear Rd. The project includes the installation of a new addressable / programmable ADA compliant voice fire alarm system in each building. The systems will include all new panels, devices, pathways and wiring. The existing fire alarms systems in each building will be removed completely. Each building will be provided with a new DAS-ERRS system.
