The project consists of the construction of two walkways leading to the Wexner Center for the Arts building with buff wash concrete, from College Road South to the building. The area immediately adjacent to the building entrance will be upgraded with high-quality granite paver. All storm drains within the project area will be replaced with new ones to facilitate stormwater runoff.

The project is the renovation of an existing open office into enclosed office in the administrative suite. The area of construction is approximately 1,500 square feet. The work consists of the removal of flooring and ceiling grid and tiles and the associated fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems. The new work will consist of creating eight private offices and two general work areas. The new work will entail new partitions, doors and frames, ceilings, finishes in the new OSUWMC finish standards, and the associated mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems

Project will build a FOD training facility within the existing building at 1165 Kinnear Rd.

OSU Marion Campus: One-for-one replacement of two existing gas-fired boilers and associated components as indicated in the bid documents.

This project will replace the freezer and coolers on the first floor of the Fawcett Center.
