The renovation will include architectural renovations to provide a 1 hour “control area” for the researcher’s use. Modifications required include door and frame replacement, drywall, paint, and sealing modifications. OSU-180360 Vet Med Center Fire Alarm Panel
Replace the (2) existing fire alarm systems in the building with (1) fire alarm system. The existing fire alarm systems are by different manufacturers and cause confusion during alarm. The existing fire alarm systems will be replaced in a manner that minimizes coverage outages, however, fire watch will be required and provided by the University. Existing device locations will generally be reused, and additional devices will be provided to meet current University standards and codes.

OSU Wooster Campus: The work consists of the removal and replacement of existing teledata cabling in Selby Hall. Related work includes limited hazardous material abatement, a new telecom room, and replacement of ACT tiles in the areas of work.
