This project will mill and fill, and improve sidewalks and curbs

Bioscience: Replace (2) existing MCCs in the 10th floor mechanical penthouse with new MCCs and distribution panels in new locations. Provide code required separation of life safety and standby loads with new automatic transfer switch, manual transfer switch, and new panelboards. Derby Hall: Replace existing MCC with new MCC in same location in room 0010M. Dreese Lab: Replace (2) existing MCCs with new MCCs in same locations. (1) In room 036M & (1) in room 936M. Research Center: Replace (3) existing service entrance unit-substations with new service entrance rated double ended switchgear with tie breaker and (2) exterior primary transformers. Replace existing feeders and electrical distribution equipment throughout the building.
