The project consists of renovating the 7th and 8th Floors of the Martha Morehouse Outpatient Care Tower, part of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The 7th Floor will be renovated in Phase 1, and the 8th Floor will be renovated in Phase 2. Existing finishes, fire protection, mechanicals, power and lighting will be modified in the areas of work. Additionally, a new air handling unit will be provided and installed in the mechanical room on each floor.
